What We Cook for Events

The same kitchen. The same team. The same standards as every night in our dining room—just for your guests.

The In-House Kitchen Advantage

This Is Not Hotel Catering

Most event venues bring in outside caterers who prep food elsewhere and reheat it on-site. You get banquet food—serviceable, but forgettable.

At The Alexander, your event is catered by our own kitchen—the same team preparing our dining room menu that night. Your guests eat filets cooked to order, not batch-cooked in a warming tray.

That's the difference between a venue that rents space and a restaurant that hosts events.

Swan Family of Restaurants

Eight Kitchens. Your Choice.

The Alexander is part of the Swan Family of Restaurants. For your event, your menu can feature cuisine from any of our eight kitchens: Italian from Vern's, Mexican from Dorado, French from Roux—or the New American cuisine our own kitchen is known for.

Want Vern's Italian for 75 of your closest? Done. Dorado's Mexican as late-night bites? Absolutely. Artisan bread from Pearson's on every table? Just say the word.

About Pricing

Menu pricing is provided in your custom proposal based on guest count, menu selections, and service style. We don't publish standard pricing because every event is different.

Every menu starts with a conversation about your guests, your evening, and what will make it theirs.
